Enterprise Development Centres in Latin America, 1998

Description
The purpose of this paper is to review the creation, development and outlook for the several Enterprise Development Centers (EDC) projects currently in operation in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Colombia and Argentina. It provides a comparative overview of the results for a clear understanding of this new approach to enterprise promotion. It also mentions main lessons learned from the set of projects to date, as well as, a few recommendations for future action.
