Programme Designs may flow from Market Assessments, or they may precede the Market Assessment, defining possible activities with sufficient flexibility to accommodate the findings of Market Assessments conducted throughout Implementation. Programme Designs tend to be static in nature, based on a snapshot of the service market or value chain at a given moment in time. Nonetheless, design documents remain important in justifying funding decisions, so are posted on this site, where available.
